Jill Bartlett
Jill graduated from UT Arlington in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication. After she and Steven were married, she began managing the accounting, scheduling, and customer service to better support Steven’s vision.

- Irrigation Repair License with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)
- Chemical Applications License with the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA)
Steven Bartlett
Steven is S&T Landscape Services’ foliage and construction expert. He started his career trimming trees and mowing with his father at the age of eight. By the time he was eleven years old, he was pushing the lawn mower down the street and asking neighbors if he could mow their lawns. For the past 35 years, Steven has done everything from tree climbing to designing and installing all types of landscape construction.

S&T Landscape Services, formerly known as Surf & Turf Landscape, was started by Steven and Jill Bartlett in 1997. Steven and Jill have been married for over 20 years and have an 18-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter. They have been installing and maintaining landscapes for both commercial and residential clients throughout Fort Worth and Arlington for over 25 years.
Much like our company’s original name, the primary goal has always been to give our clients the best of both worlds by providing outdoor living construction and landscaping design to create an all-in-one service.
From planting flowers to building complete outdoor living spaces, our team has been helping both commercial and residential clients achieve their dream yards and outdoor living spaces for more than 25 years. We have dedicated our lives to creating beautiful, functional landscaping that is able to handle the ever-changing weather in Texas.
